Welcome to Main Line Rapid Repair. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (mainlinerapidrepair.com) and the services we provide. By placing an order, using our website, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not place an order or use our services.
1. About Us
Main Line Rapid Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mail-in dental appliance repair service operated out of a dental laboratory located at 861 Montgomery Avenue, Narberth, Pennsylvania. We repair, duplicate, clean, and service dental appliances including dentures, partials, retainers, implant-retained appliances, and related components.

2. Ordering and Payment
Base Pricing. Prices displayed on our Services page are the base rate for each service. These prices cover standard-scope repairs and services for appliances in typical condition. Actual repair costs may vary based on evaluation of your specific appliance.
Payment at Checkout. Payment for the base service price is due at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
Additional Charges Authorization. By placing an order, you authorize Main Line Rapid Repair to charge the payment method used at checkout for additional repair work identified during evaluation. You will be contacted by phone or email before any additional charges are processed, and no additional work will be performed without your approval. If you decline the additional work, we will return your appliance as-is and only the base service price already paid will apply.
Order Confirmation. Upon successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number and a summary of services requested.
3. Shipping to Our Lab
Prepaid Shipping Label. Within one business day of placing your order, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to use to send your appliance to our lab. You are responsible for printing the label, packaging your appliance appropriately, and dropping it off at any USPS location.
Packaging Requirements. Please package your dental appliance safely in bubble wrap and place it in an appropriate-sized rigid cardboard box. Do not send dental appliances submerged in water or any liquid, as moisture can damage the appliance in transit and interferes with our evaluation process.
Order Confirmation Inside Box. We ask that you print and include a copy of your order confirmation inside the shipping box, along with a slip of paper containing your name, return mailing address, and phone number. This helps us match your appliance to your order upon arrival.
4. Evaluation Process
Same-Day Evaluation. Every appliance we receive is inspected by our certified technicians the same business day it arrives at our lab. This evaluation is included at no additional charge.
Notification of Additional Work. If our evaluation identifies work beyond the base service price — such as multiple fractures, additional teeth replacement, gum area rebuild, metal reinforcement, or specialty repair techniques — we will contact you within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
- Phone Call First: We will call you at the phone number provided at checkout.
- Email Backup: If we cannot reach you by phone, we will email you with details and a final quote.
Your Approval Required. No additional work will be performed and no additional charges will be processed without your written or verbal approval.
Turnaround Time. Once approved, most repairs are completed within one to three business days. Complex repairs may take longer, and we will provide an estimated timeline as part of our quote.
5. Unrepairable Appliances
If our technicians determine, in their professional judgment, that your appliance cannot be repaired, we will notify you promptly.
Return at Our Expense. We will return your appliance to you at no charge — return shipping is included.
Refund of Base Service Price. You will receive a refund of the base service price paid at checkout, minus the actual cost of the prepaid inbound shipping label used to send your appliance to our lab (typically eight to twelve dollars, $8–$12). This deduction covers a real cost we have already incurred on your behalf and is not refundable once the label has been used.
6. Return Shipping
Standard Return Shipping Included. Every finished appliance is shipped back to you via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, at no additional charge. Most customers receive their appliance within two to four business days after shipment.
Expedited Return Options. At checkout, you may upgrade to Express Return via USPS Priority Express Mail (delivery in 1-2 business days) for an additional $35, or select FedEx or UPS expedited service (rates and transit times quoted separately).
USPS Priority Mail Insurance. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance coverage on every return shipment at no additional cost.
Return Address. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the return address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Liability
Limitation of Liability. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Main Line Rapid Repair is not liable for the appliance thereafter.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost, damaged, or misdirected in transit
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Packages delayed due to weather, natural disaster, carrier error, or other events outside our control
- Damage caused by the customer’s failure to properly package the appliance
Recommendation. For appliances of significant value, we strongly recommend requesting supplemental shipping insurance before shipping.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins. If you wish to cancel your order before we begin work on your appliance, contact us immediately. We will refund the base service price and, if the appliance has already been shipped to us, return it to you (return shipping included, but you will be responsible for the cost of the inbound prepaid label as described in Section 5).
After Work Begins. Once repair work has commenced, orders are non-refundable. This includes the base service price and any approved additional charges. The nature of dental appliance repair is such that materials, labor, and time cannot be recovered once work is underway.
Unrepairable Cases. See Section 5 for refund policy in the case of appliances deemed unrepairable.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us is a violation of these Terms. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at mainlinerapidrepair@gmail.com or 215-429-2020 so we can address it.
9. Warranty
Repairs performed by Main Line Rapid Repair are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the finished appliance is delivered to you. This warranty covers the specific repair work performed and does not extend to other areas of the appliance or damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
To request warranty service, contact us within the 30-day window with a description of the issue. We will evaluate the case and, at our discretion, either re-repair the specific work or provide a refund of the repair cost for that specific service.
10. Communication
Contact Preferences. By providing your phone number and email address at checkout, you consent to be contacted by Main Line Rapid Repair regarding your order, including phone calls, emails, and text messages (if applicable) related to evaluation, quotes, and shipping updates.
Response Times. We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Communications regarding time-sensitive matters (such as evaluation quotes) will typically be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your appliance.
11. Privacy
Your personal information — including name, address, phone number, email, and payment details — is collected and used only for the purposes of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Ship items that are not dental appliances or related components
- Ship illegal, hazardous, or improperly packaged materials
- Attempt to defraud us or another party
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
We reserve the right to refuse service and to return any package that violates these Terms without performing work.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Main Line Rapid Repair and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission, except as necessary for placing an order.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Main Line Rapid Repair’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
