How to Order
Sending your appliance to us is a quick six-step process. Most customers are done in under ten minutes from start to drop-off.
- Pick the right service. Browse the Services page and add the repair, supply, or kit that matches what your appliance needs.
- Check out online. Complete your payment through our secure checkout. A receipt and order confirmation will land in your inbox right after.
- Watch for your prepaid label. Within one business day of placing your order, we email you a prepaid USPS shipping label. Print it out and set it aside.
- Prepare your box. Print your order confirmation and write your name, return mailing address, and a phone number on a separate slip of paper. Place both inside the box along with your appliance. Please package your dental appliance safely in bubble wrap and place it in an appropriate-sized cardboard box. Do not send dentures in water — moisture can damage the appliance during transit and complicates our evaluation on arrival.
- Apply the prepaid label. Tape the label securely to the outside of the box, covering the whole label with clear tape so it stays legible in transit.
- Send it our way. Hand the package over at any USPS counter, drop box, or scheduled mail pickup.
Return Shipping
Standard Return via USPS Priority Mail
Every finished appliance ships back to you via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, at no additional charge. Standard return shipping is included in every order, no minimum required. Most customers receive their parcel within two to four business days after we ship it. To protect your privacy, everything is packaged in plain, unmarked boxes.
Need it back faster
Expedited return options are available when speed matters. USPS Priority Express Mail starts at $35 with typical delivery in one to two business days. We can also ship via FedEx or UPS. Exact rates and transit times depend on your destination and the speed you select, and we’ll quote them when we confirm the order.
Liability disclaimer
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, our responsibility for that shipment ends. Main Line Rapid Repair cannot replace, refund, or reimburse appliances that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, misdirected, or damaged in the mail. There are no exceptions to this policy, which is why we strongly encourage every customer to add shipping insurance at checkout.
Evaluation & Additional Charges
Every appliance we receive is inspected the same day it arrives. If we find that your repair requires more work than the base service price covers — such as multiple fractures, additional teeth replacement, gum area rebuild, or metal reinforcement — we’ll reach out to you before any additional charges are made.
Our process:
- Same-day evaluation. We inspect your appliance the day it arrives at the lab.
- Phone call first. If additional work is needed, we call you within 24 hours at the phone number you provided at checkout.
- Email backup. If we can’t reach you by phone, we email you with the details and final quote.
- Your approval required. No additional work is performed and no additional charges are made without your written or verbal approval.
- Additional charges to card on file. Once approved, additional charges are applied to the card you used at checkout, per the authorization you provided at checkout.
If you decline the additional work, we return your appliance as-is at no additional charge (return shipping still included). If our technicians deem the product unable to be repaired, it will be returned to you alongside
What if my appliance can’t be repaired?
If our technicians determine that your appliance is beyond repair, we’ll return it to you at no cost — we cover the return shipping. You’ll receive a refund of the base service price you paid at checkout, minus the cost of the prepaid shipping label we used to send your appliance to our lab (typically $8–$12). This is because the shipping label is a real cost we’ve already paid on your behalf.
Repair & Duplication Timeline
Once the evaluation is complete, your appliance enters our production queue. The exact turnaround depends on the type of work involved.
Straightforward repairs and impression-based duplicate dentures are usually finished the same day work begins. More involved cases (overdentures, metal-frame partials, and severely fractured or multi-break appliances) may need a few additional days in the lab.
Whatever the case, we share the expected completion date in the evaluation email, so you know exactly how long your appliance will be with us before any work starts.
