Replacement service for worn or lost locator inserts and implant O-rings. Service includes lab time only; color and retention level of the insert are chosen separately.

Base price covers labor only. Replacement inserts and O-rings are sold separately (see our LOCATOR Inserts and Hader Riders categories). If your appliance requires additional work — such as damaged housing repair, multiple insert replacements, or specialty parts — we’ll contact you with a final quote before proceeding.
